1. Paddock Home will not admit or retain individuals who are not independently mobile in the house, or who require the use of mobility aids without prior approval from VIHA Licensing. 2. Manager (Coordinator) is to be on site a minimum of 20 hours per week. 3. Manager will be on call when not physically on site and will appoint a "most responsible person" to assume responsibility under the direction of the Manager or their delegate. 4. Support from the on-call Manager (Coordinator) will be available to the staff after 6:00 p.m. in evenings and on weekends. 5. Registered Nurse (RN) will be available evenings and weekends on call.
