Observations: Licensing toured the facility and noted that all carpeted areas were stained and dirty in places of high traffic and use.

Description: A licensee must ensure that all employees comply with the policies and procedures of the medication safety and advisory committee.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing audited the Medication Administration Record (MAR) for persons in care. All PRN (as needed) medications administered had a result recorded on the back of the MAR.
