Critical Improper Cleaning, Sanitizing of Equipment and Utensils
Observations: Cleaning and sanitizing not completed as reqired.
Corrective Actions: Operator to clean and sanitize upper walls above dishwasher/preparation wall and "L" shape as this is a preparation and dishwashing area and there are an abundance of cobwebs on this wall. Clean and sanitize all window sills in customer seating area (especially in elevated seating area). Clean cobwebs in baking area ceiling.
Comments
Sanitizer bottles are labelled. Fridge temperatures have been adjusted and are below 4°C. Shelving area above dishwashing pit has been cleaned and reorganized.
