Observations: Cracked dishes, and cups utilized in premises.
Corrective Actions: Operator to discuss sorting dishware with staff so that any dishware that is cracked, chipped, or not in good physical condition is to be discarded immediately. Dish washer is to sort dishware and remove any cracked or chipped items during their shift. Discarded 10 plates and 3 cups during their inspection as they were cracked or chipped.
