Operator has decluttered, removed pest harborages and employed integrated pest management practices as corrected (i.e. blocking of pest entrances). Operator to ensure staff complete daily inspection of premises prior to any food preparation to ensure premises is free of pests/signs of pest.
Fridges keep food below 4°C (units were all serviced Aug 12/26).
Premises has been cleaned and sanitized.
Approval granted for reopening/food preparation and service to the public.
Order of Aug11/26 is now removed.
