Observations: Large two door Commercial fridge exceeds 4°C while cleaning fridge on January 14, 2025, fridge became inoperable. Operator is currently not storing potentially hazardous foods in this unit.

Corrective Actions: Repair large two door fridge as soon as possible as it is needed for functionality of restaurant.

Corrective Actions: Complete repairs as discussed - seek Commercial flooring company repair/consult for dish pit area.



Comments
Premises has been cleaned/re-organized as required (still need additional cleaning by veggie preparation area). Temperature records have been written on log sheet. FoodSafe trained individuals are on shift. All previous signs of pest have been removed. Dry storage area is 100 percent better.
