Non-Critical Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data
A routine metals analysis was completed in 2025. The most recent full chemical analysis was conducted in 2019 and are required every 5 years.
Corrective Actions: Please submit the results of a full chemical analysis of the untreated/raw water in accordance with the list of parameters specified in the VIHA Guidelines for Approval of a Waterworks System

- Completion of the Source and System Assessment (SASA) document has been requested for this water source for submission by October 9, 2026.
- The Emergency Response Plan is current
- The routine bacteriological samples have been conducted in accordance with the requirements
- The area around the well head is free from contamination and hazards
- The water treatment building is secure and maintained in a sanitary manner
- Operational oversight of the water supply system is excellent and is conducted by a certified small water system operator.
- The GARP assessment is underway and the result will be provided to the operator for review. The GARP assessment report will have a compliance date for which an implementation plan is due that outlines the water supplier's process and timelines for addressing any risks identified by the assessment.
