Initial inspection conducted due to a change in ownership. Water system services store. Source water us deep well #13152. Treatment consists of 5 micron and 1 micron cartridge filters. Disinfection consists of Ultraviolet D400E UV unit. Please submit the following: Updated chemical analysis (details to be provided via email). Updated Emergency Plan (Template to be provided by email). Please continue bacteriological sampling on a monthly basis.
