chemical analysis for primary well last completed in April 2019. Chemical analyses are due every 5 years.
Corrective Actions: Complete by June 30, 2024 and submit results to Drinking Water Officer.

Routine inspection of system completed. No outstanding items from previous inspection noted.
Emergency Response Plan (ERP) last updated in 2019. Ensure ERP is reviewed on a routine basis and contacts are updated accordingly. Review and provide any changes in the ERP to the Drinking Water Officer (DWO)by June 30, 2024. Store a copy of the ERP in the treatment room so all staff have easy access.
Annual report for 2023 operations to be completed within 6 months of the end of the calendar year. Submit to DWO by June 30, 2024.
Logbooks kept in both backup well pump house and primary well pump house - well maintained.
