Corrective Actions: 1. Submit an updated schematic of the water system. Include parts and specifications. Submit in 1 month (by September 30, 2023). 2. Last chem/phys on file from 2019. Operator conducted file search and no more recent analysis was taken. Submit a sample for full analysis by December 31, 2024. Environmental Health Officer to send list of parameters to be sampled.
