Critical Microbiological Contamination of Raw Water Supply Due To Other
The water system remains on a Boil Water Notice, issued July 18, 2025, due to source contamination with E. Coli and total coliform bacteria. The water supply system has not been disinfected.
Corrective Actions: The well system must be shocked chlorinated in accordance with best practices, and satisfactory results from water samples collected 24 to 48 hours apart must be received by the Environmental Health Office. Compliance date: September 26, 2025.

Critical Inadequate Treatment
Emergency distribution system chlorination equipment must be installed to ensure that a minimum free available chlorine residual of not less than 0.2 mg/l is present in the distribution system.
