Non-Critical Interruption of Treatment
UV Unit#2 (Viqua Pro 20 NSF55A) in alarm, red light flashing. Operator believes issue with flow sensor and recently installed larger pipe. Light intermittently turned red, and went back to green during inspection. Was green at the end of inspection. Operator stated they did not observe this until inspection.
Corrective Actions: Investigate and monitor. Review manufacturer specifications and other system component maintenance. Further action will be required if this continues.
