UV unit #2 (Viqua Pro 20 NSF55A) in alarm, red light flashing. Operator believes issues in flow sensor. Light turned green, and then back to red during inspection.
Corrective Actions: Fix and investigate to determine issue. This occurred during the last inspection. Flush your lines prior to reuse. Notify EHO when fixed and results of investigation. Operator stated would contact their maintenance rep.
