Critical Inadequate Treatment
Domestic water supplied to water system users is sourced from surface water and treatment of this water supply does not meet the Surface Water Treatment Objectives.
Corrective Actions: Drinking Water Officer (DWO) verbally issued a Boil Water Notice (BWN) to the owner/operator of the system. All users of the system to be notified of the Notice immediately. DWO to send BWN resources to operator.

GENERAL COMMENTS:
- Initial Inspection for purpose of source water assessment process as per owner's application to operate an existing water system that serves nine RV sites and one single family dwelling.
- Conducted source assessment and discussed details of Boil Water Notice.
- Discussed the need for enhanced treatment based on DWO's assessment of existing treatment.
- Discussed construction permit approval process and general overview of water supply owner's responsibilities when operating a water system, including ongoing bacteriological and chemical/physical water sampling, development of an Emergency Response Plan and annual reporting.
