Critical Inadequate Treatment

System classified as Groundwater at Risk of containing Pathogens (GARP). Current treatment not adequate.

Corrective Actions: Implementation plan needs to be developed to address treatment upgrades. Discussed phased installation of cartridge filtration and in-line water meter prior to the install of a new UV unit. Provide Environmental Health Officer with a plan by October 30, 2023.

Non-Critical Emergency Response Plan

Emergency Response Plan contacts outdated.

Corrective Actions: Update plan to also include drought response. Templates provided to the Operator. Submit to Environmental Health Officer by August 31, 2023.



Comments
New pump and pressure tank installed recently. Note all future works on the water system require a construction permit from our office prior to the work being completed. Chemical analysis completed in 2020. Next analysis due in 2025. Bacteriological sampling frequency adequate. Ensure pumphouse and area around well head is kept clean and organized.
