Comments
Onsite with operator and installation engineer. Construction Permit Waiver installation has been conducted as the waiver stated. The treatment train was not hooked up. NextSand filter, Carbon filter, water softening, 5 micron filters, chlorinator, pumps and storage tanks have been installed. Chemical sampling of raw water submitted from 2025. Post treatment chemical test results handed in from April 2026. The post treatment chemical analysis of the new system is missing some key parameters, such as total organic carbon, turbidity and ultra violet transmittance. Testing of the treatment system efficacy will be addressed with updated terms and conditions following the updated chemical results. Monthly bacteriological sampling is in compliance with the adjusted sampling frequency on file. Annual Report for 2025 is due June 30th, 2026. Groundwater at risk of containing pathogens (GARP) assessment to be conducted. Pre-treatment water sampling to begin in order to gain data on the raw water quality coming into the system. The EHO will create a requisition for this sampling requirement.
