Routine inspection conducted. Violation 316 corrected: Changes to well have been made, well cap was now sealed and well was housed in a shelter that prevents from accidental damage. Grading around the well was improved to prevent water stagnating around the well head. Violation 318 corrected: Sampling port has now been installed after the well to take raw samples. Sampling frequency has been increased to weekly for both raw and finished water. Facility is Approved to Operate, Permit Terms and Conditions to follow. Recommendation: 1. Conduct a high pressure flushing of the system by hiring a professional to remove off any biofilms in distribution lines. 2. For sampling the raw water, ensure to have no screens or the hose bib on while sampling.
