Non-Critical Inadequate Microbiological Analysis data
Microbiological sampling has not met the required frequency of weekly sampling.
Corrective Actions: Drinking Water Office (DWO) and operator discussed and agreed with changing the sampling frequency to bi-weekly sampling as weekly sampling. Operator to ensure samples are submitted at required frequency for the to active sample sites.

Non-Critical Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data
The last full (general) chemical/physical analysis of the untreated (raw) source water of the shallow dug well was done in 2015. Full chemical/physical analysis of source water is due at least every 5 years.
Corrective Actions: Full Chemical/physical to be conducted of the untreated source water by December 31, 2025 through an accredited lab and results are to be forwarded to DWO for review.
