System feeds main house and rental house. Rain water can be used to supplement well water. Rain collection is disconnected. Well has not been through Island Health's Ground Water at Risk of Containing Pathogens Assessment process. Raw, untreated water sampling is needed for GARP assessment. EHO to create RAW water sample requisition. Raw water samples are to be done twice monthly, along with the treated water for a total of 4 samples per month (meeting Schedule B of the Drinking Water Protection Regulation). Raw chemical sample analysis is due this year for the well. The raw, untreated and unmixed rain water must also have a chemical test done. Please submit results to the EHO for review. The water systems annual report for 2025 is due June 30th, 2026. To connect rain water catchment system to the drinking water supply system, treatment must be upgraded. Terms and conditions for the operating permit will be created with input from the operators for the updated operating permit.
