Comments
A follow up inspection was conducted with the system operator. The outstanding violations with timelines set were granted extensions to allow for more time for information to be obtained, funding, and obtaining professional assistance. A preliminary conclusion to the GARP assessment will be provided. The operator must hire an authorized person (ROWP or engineer) to assess works completed on the adjacent onsite sewerage system. The GARP assessment may be updated based upon this assessment. New sites will be created for water sampling: - Site # 9 - Site # 11 A site for the pumphouse will be created in the future.
