SYSTEM DESCRIPTION: The source is a 35 ft shallow, drilled well (Well Tag Number: 131042, Well Identification Plate Number: 60570). The well ID plate is attached to the casing, there is adequate stick up, and there is an adequate well cap. The ground slope surrounding the well head could improve. A level 1 Ground water at Risk of Containing Pathogens assessment has been conducted, and the source was determined to be At Risk (GARP). The system has been upgraded to meet the Drinking Water Treatment Objectives (Microbiological) for Ground Water Supplies in British Columbia.
