Boil Water Advisory in effect.
Corrective Actions: Permanent signage is posted at both hand pumps (Stoltz and Horseshoe) indicating the boil advisory. Sign at Stoltz hand pump should be updated, as the sign is in poor condition. Sign at Horseshoe hand pump indicates that the water is also high in sodium.
Comments
Routine inspection conducted. Annual report is needed for 2024 for each site. Chemistry for Horseshoe Bend site received in 2024, none for Stoltz. Ensure to have Stoltz chemistry completed and submit to your Environmental Health Office.
