Emergency response plan and drought plan submitted on October 7, 2024. Permit terms and conditions: 1) Operator must adhere to a monthly bacteriological sampling program as approval by the Drinking Water Officer and maintain accurate records of all monitoring preformed. 2) Operate must prepare an annual report each year to water users, a copy must be provided to the Drinking Water Officer. A Ground Water at risk of containing pathogen assessment has bee deferred to be conducted after October 2025 when more bacteriological and chemical data is available. Water system is permitted to operate.
