Installation of Arsenic treatment as per construction waiver confirmed. Two SORB 33 media filled filters installed in parallel. One filter used at the time, to allow for continuous water supply while working on a unit. Confirmation of treatment efficacy to be completed. Sample will be sent off April 10 to Mb Labs. Quarterly sampling will be done to ensure arsenic removal to below MAC is functioning. Life time of media is not known accurately, and the media does not regenerate. Quarterly sampling must be done to gain understanding of maintenance requirements of the treatment system. Raw water chemistry up to date. 4 samples bacteriological samples taken monthly. Groundwater at Risk of Pathogens (GARP) assessment to be completed - 2020 - no raw data. Untreated bacteriological testing needed for GARP assessment. EHO will create monthly req. System flushed annually. System was just flushed to fill system with treated water. Free chlorine tested at pump house and bathrooms. Results were 2.14 and 2.2 ppm. These results are high, and due to the recent flushing. The system automatically adjusts chlorine and due to the system design can over shoot the preset concentration after flushing. this is due to mass input of untreated water.
