Corrective Actions: Rainwater intake has been severed. Pleas do not reconnect rainwater unless treatment upgrades are proposed.

Comments
The well head is tightly capped and vented; the well is adequately protected from flooding and contamination. Reservoirs are cleaned every two years. Bacterial samples are submitted biweekly. A chemical analysis has been received. The UV light bulb is replaced when the sensor alarm deems it necessary. Cartridge filters are replaced routinely.
