Critical Inadequate Treatment

Corrective Actions: Terms and conditions on the operating permit had required a plan to be sent in for meeting the treatment requirements for a GARP at-risk well. EHO will send a letter explaining treatment objectives. Time line to be discussed.

Corrective Actions: Annual reports are a required component of operating a water syste under the DWPA and it's regulation. They are due 6 months after the end of the year (June 30th). Template will be sent to operator.
Comments
Onsite with operator. Water system has been on a boil water advisory since 2023. Signs are posted, and systems in place for safe food handling. Initial inspection was completed back in 2021. Follow up for treatment plans has fallen through with turn over of EHO's. Full spectrum raw chemistry is due every 5 years. Last analysis was completed in December 2021. Please have the analysis complete by the end of 2026, with results sent to EHO. Please update Emergency Response Plan with new contact information for Island Health, & drought response. A source to tap assessment by the operator will need to be completed. EHO will send document
