Non-Critical Interruption of Treatment
REPEAT INFRACTION. UV units x2 intermittently in alarm, red lights flashing. Operator believes issue with build-up of debris in sensors. Lights intermittently turned red and went back to green during inspection. Was green at the end of inspection. Discussed BWN and actions taken by operator. Operator stated they shocked system and believes a biofilm exists in lines post-treatment.
Corrective Actions: Shock and flush lines. Investigate system components, review manufacturer specifications, and other system component maintenance. Ensure equipment is operating and functioning properly as per their intended purpose(s). Notify EHO when completed.
