Observations: Regarding intake May 29, 2025. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that the staff did not implement the behavioural guidance policy when restrained a child that was not in immediate danger. Additionally, staff were constantly physically moving children.

On August 8, 2025, Licensing conducted a Follow Up Complaint Inspection and observed that five children from the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) were moved to the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age). All children were under 36 months, which was not compliant with Schedule E that only allows two children under 36 months in a Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age).

Additionally, Licensing audited a minor log book and did not observe reportable incidents recorded.

Observations: Licensing conducted a Follow Up Complaint Inspection and observed five children from the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) all of them under the age of 36 months, were moved to the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program to allow staff having breaks. The Corrective Action Plan submitted to Licensing on July 4, 2025, was not followed as they have indicated that they would ensure the staff to child ratio was met during all hours of operation.
