Description: A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility unless the licensee or, in the case of a person who is not the manager, the manager has first met with the person and obtained all of the following: evidence that the person has complied with the Province’s immunization and tuberculosis control programs

Observations: Licensing reviewed four staff files. Two files were missing record of immunizations. One record was received on site.
3050 - CCALA 7(1)(b)(i)

Observations: Licensing observed the onsite outdoor spaces were being used by the programs were being used. Manager stated that the outdoor spaces had been used since completion in the beginning of August. Licensing completed an inspection of the outdoor spaces and did not observe an hazards and the spaces were approved for use at the inspection.

Description: A licensee must keep a current record of each person to whom the written statement is delivered in accordance with that section

Observations: Licensing audited six children's files. Six files were missing a record of the repayment agreement being delivered.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(d)
