Observations: This item has been carried forward from Routine Inspection conducted on December 15, 2022. To date, Licensing has received criminal record checks for three staff. A criminal record check for one staff is remaining. Manager stated that they applied for a criminal record check for the staff in January 2023 and that they will follow up with the criminal record check program.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.
