Observations: Licensing observed the hot water on the bathroom sink reached 54 degrees Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. Licensee stated a health and safety plan that she will supervise handwashing until the temperature has been turned down and licensing has returned to test the water. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.
