Observations: Licensing inspected the playground equipment and entanglement was detected on the single composite slide. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. Licensee Contact blocked the slide with tape and stated it would not be accessible to children until Licensing could return to reassess. Full compliance will not be achieved until the entanglement has been addressed.
3010 - CCLR 19(1)(a)
Description: A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility unless the licensee or, in the case of a person who is not the manager, the manager has first met with the person and obtained all of the following: a criminal record check for the person
