Observations: Licensing observed one staff file was missing a Criminal Record Check. Licensing could see the application paperwork for a Criminal Record Check for the staff member dated May 3, 2022. Licensing observed that the manager for the facility had an expired Criminal Record Check.

Description: A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment]
