Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: At the routine inspection the depth surfacing around elevated equipment that children in this program use (fall height 1.40 m or 4 feet 6 inches) measured 1 - 2 inches in 8 probes. At this inspection Licensing measured the depth surfacing as 6 inches with eight probes.
