Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On October 9, 2026, the Licensee Contact submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: all staff will review the facilities Behaviour Guidance Policy and the facility will document behaviour guidance training. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.

Observations: Regarding intake September 16, 2026. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that the staff used inappropriate behaviour guidance strategies on a child by picking him up from behind and moving him to a separate play space.
