Observations: Licensing reviewed eight staff files. Six files did not contain a criminal record check. Staff stated that the CRC had been applied for through the online portal but the return email address had been changed and the old address was no longer accessible. The email address had since been updated and it was expected that the CRC results would be received shortly.
