Observations: Licensing observed that the ladder attached to the climber was not secured on one side and the surface under climber with a fall height of 3 feet 5 inches was hard pan. Licensing observed that the back wood stairs leading to the upper level play area had rot and the foot platform was not secure on lower steps.
3010 - CCALA 7(1)(d)
Description: A licensee must appoint a manager for the community care facility.
