Observations: Licensing reviewed two staff files of which one had a recently expired criminal record check.
3020 - CCLR 56(1)(c)

Observations: Licensing observed no record indicating implementation of monthly fire drill and yearly emergency plan practices. Licensee Contact stated these had been implemented and not documented.
