Observations: Licensing observed there is no gate on the driveway at the front of the property. This facility is located on a very busy road with an unhoused encampment close by. On June 2, 2025 Licensing received information from the Licensee that unhoused people were coming onto the property and there had recently been a police chase through the property. At this inspection Licensing observed there were no barriers to prevent unwanted visitors from coming onto the property.
