Observations: Licensing observed three children playing in the designated outdoor play area with five separate piles of dog feces in the grass in the designated play area. Licensee had checked the outdoor play space inspection showing she had completed a safety check on this day. Dog feces did not appear to have been made in the time period that children had been playing in the yard. Licensee did clean up the dog feces during this inspection.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure

Observations: Licensing observed attendance record for the day of this inspection. Two children had left the facility to attend school however they had not been signed out on the attendance record. The attendance record showed five children in care but only three children were in care.
