Corrective Actions Required: Ensure the medical health officer is notified within 24 hours after a child may have been involved in reportable incident described in Schedule H. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On April 7, 2026 and April 8, 2026 Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: Effective immediately, the Licensee Contacts and Manager would review all incidents and report to Licensing any incidents within 24 hours if the incident met Schedule H requirements. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
