Observations: Licensing observed nails and screws protruding out of the surface on the underside of the stairs in the outdoor spaces of the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program and the Preschool (30 Months to School Age) program.
3010 - CCLR 22(2)(c)
Description: A licensee must ensure that each employee practices implementing the emergency plan at least once each year.

Observations: Licensing observed that the the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program last practiced a fire drill in February 2021.

Observations: Manager stated that the Group Child Care (School Age) program had practiced an emergency drill in October 2021, but did not record it. This item was corrected at time of inspection.
3040 - CCLR 53(1)(a)
Description: If a licensee has agreed with a parent to give a child any medication prescribed by a medical practitioner or provided by the parent, the licensee and his or her employees must ensure that the medication is (a) administered to the child in the amount and at the times specified by the child’s parent or in the child’s record or care plan
