Observations: Licensing observed that the side outdoor play area that was licensed for use of the Group Child Care (School Age) program was no longer in use, Manager stated that the Group Child Care (School Age) and the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) mixed during outdoor time in the front yard which was the designated outdoor play area for the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age).

Description: Applicants for licences and licensees must notify a medical health officer immediately of any change in the information provided under section 9

Corrective Actions Required: Licenisng observed no additional changes made to the outdoor play area. Prior changes made have been inspected and approved by Licensing.
