Corrective Actions Required: Ensure to operate the community care facility in a manner that promotes the the rights of those persons in care. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On March 2, 2026, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: hiring of an additional driver for persons in care, who will start training on March 10, 2026, hiring of a casual driver to provide backfill the driver is absent, meeting with the Manager to ensure expectations are clear for booking the driver for outings two weeks in advance, exploring options to utilize the Good Neighbor's van which is free on weekends, with activity calendars being sent to Licensing by March 13, 2026. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.

Observations: Regarding intake January 26, 2026. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that the licensee did not operate the community care facility in a manner in the case of adult persons in care, the rights of those persons in care, when persons in care were not able to go on outings due to a lack of vehicle.
