Observations: Licensing tested three sinks available to children and all had water readings between 50.1 and 53.2 degrees Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. A plan for corrective action is to be submitted to Licensing by April 17, 2026. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.
