Observations: Licensing observed the five children and one staff (ECE) playing in the outdoor play space with another licensed facility (six children and one staff (ECE)). Staff stated that they were sharing the backyard space to conduct an art activity with the children. In total there were 11 children with two staff. The facility's Licence capacity is eight children.
