Observations: Licensing reviewed four of four staff files. Two files were missing CRC's. One of the two files had an RCMP check on file.

Observations: Licensing observed children outside in the play space and inside, with only one staff inside. Staff stated the window was open so they could hear what was going on outside. While Licensing was on site, staff brought all children inside.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.
