Description: Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that the ratio of employees to children attending a community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.

Observations: Licensing observed there were three staff, ECE (replacing absent ITE) ECE, RA in the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) Infant - Starfish with 10 children when an ITE, ECE and ECEA was required as per schedule E. This item was brought into compliance during the routine with an ECEA replacing the RA.
