Observations: Licensing audited the policies and procedures for the facility. Policies were last reviewed in October or November 2022.

Description: Without limiting subsection (1) (a), a licensee must have written policies and procedures in respect of all of the following: obtaining consent, in accordance with Part 3 of the Health Care (Consent) and Care Facility (Admission) Act, before admitting an adult to the community care facility.
