Description: A licensee must provide the following appropriately furnished and equipped areas: secure, safe and adequate storage areas for cleaning agents, chemical products and other hazardous materials

Observations: Licensing toured both floors of facility and observed Laundry room doors on both floors was left open. Manager stated policy is for doors to be kept shut.
3070 - RCR 78(1)(a)
Description: A licensee must keep, for each person in care, a record showing the following information: name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure information for all immunizations is kept on file. If they dates are unknown, it can be documented as unknown.

Observations: Licensing reviewed 6 resident files. Immunizations dates for FLU and COVID were on file, but no dates for Tetanus, Diphtheria or other immunizations.
